Van Cleef & Arpels' ballet-inspired pins are précieux
Even
if your childhood dreams of becoming a prima ballerina never played
out, you can still be inspired by the art of dance. Pretty ballerina
buns were everywhere on the fall runwaysjust in time to coincide with
the launch of Van Cleef & Arpels's Ballet Précieux collection,
pretty hair jewels celebrating the ballet and legendary choreographer
George Balanchine. An extension of a collaboration between Claude Arpels
and Balanchine in 1967, the line honors the ballet "Jewels", which was
performed for the first time in its entirety by The Royal Ballet at the
Royal Opera House in Paris this winter. Keep clicking to see the jeweled
clips and prepare for your
pas de deux...
